Are you new to yoga and interested in grounding your practice in a strong foundation right from the start? Or maybe, you are a seasoned yogi who knows there is more to yoga than chaturangas and wants to dive deeper into the mental-physical alignment? No matter where you are at in your practice, Elizabeth Movement’s Online Yoga Training will help you shift out of auto-pilot and into new possibilities. As a registered Yoga Alliance instructor with over 300 hours of training, I have not only the education but the passion to continue expanding my own practice in efforts to best serve you.

The Online Yoga Training program is rooted in self-inquiry and evidence-based awareness. In this program, we will work together to create attainable short- and long-term goals through Skype sessions, personalized modules, guided journaling, and more!

You will have unlimited access to the modules as well as consistent communication with your coach.

At a more economical price, you gain access to sample workout and nutrition plans, interactive worksheets to document your progress, members-only content such as blogs, videos, and live Q&A, and more!
